We would love to volunteer at Events at Disney world or Epcot. I’ve always thought volunteering for the Internaltional Flower fest or the wine and food fest would be interesting but I can’t seem to find any information on if they accept volunteers or where to apply? Has anyone done this? Can someone point me in the right direction? 

I have a feeling that they do use volunteers but use just their cast members.

Disney does not use volunteers. Cast Members have to be hired and trained in Disney's Traditions program. You MIGHT get temporary work with them, but through the standard hiring process.
