I received this email today from the non-profit OTA streaming service Locast:

"Today, we went live in Atlanta and Phoenix and we're excited to be serving Atlantans and Phoenicians local weather reports, emergency information, and professional and college football."

"Locast is now in 15 markets across the country, serving almost 40 million TV Households. Hundreds of thousands of those fans have enjoyed local news, weather and sports on Locast. We’re thrilled to offer Locast in two more markets."

I use the "Fake GPS" app on my Android phone to spoof my location, and then cast the programs to my Firestick for TV watching. I also use the "Location Guard" add-on in Chrome or Firefox to spoof locations on my laptop. I haven't found a reliable way to directly spoof for the Firestick yet...

I have not found a way to spoof IOS. If Had a lap top running windows, could I spoof it?    Even though it is using my ATT Mobley hot spot?  I have looked at MANY VPNs and none of them have any servers in Baltimore.  Any insight you can give me would be great.

I spoof locations on my laptop running either Linux or Windows using the Chrome browser and Location Guard add-on. Location Guard also has a version for Firefox. I don't know if Location Guard will work with the new Chrome based version of MS Edge. I've spoofed my location with my AT&T hotspot, Verizon hotspot, and Spectrum cable service with no problems.
