Hi all,
Quick update- I called DirecTV (one hour on the phone!). They said to disregard the email. I told them that the email said that "federal law does not allow DNS signals in a permanent resident". They said my account didn't need to worry about it. I have already sent in all the information they requested. They assured me it won't matter.
We'll see.......
