Yuuuuuum!
And if you missed the above, Denny's has $4 unlimited pancakes on their value menue.
Dave
They start you off with three fluffy buttermilk pancakes and then deliver them hot, two at a time, until you’ve had your fill.
The 3 have 650 Calories and the 2 after that add another 450.
It's a scientific fact that folks who go for unlimited pancakes count calories . LOL
I did not go because of my diet, but I hope a lot of you went and had my share.
There are no free lunches OR breakfasts!

This is our problem with a lot of places, as you get older more and more dietary restrictions. If you are concerned about your kidneys, no pancakes or waffles, butfrench toast is ok.

Not a diet for anything but my spare tire.

Huh???
Pancakes and waffles use baking soda and baking powder, both HIGH in sodium, to rise. Bread uses yeast, so sodium is much lower. Sodium, along with potassium and phosphorus, is had on the kidneys. Also increases blood pressure. Most of us could benefit from lower sodium diets.
also march 6 in 2018???
Last time we visited IHOP , I was pretty disappointed .
Food was meh and the service , well the lack of it , was enough to keep me from returning .
