The 57th Escapade is just around the corner! Your E-ticket and parking designator were recently emailed to you and your space is reserved! We’ll see you in Tucson soon!

If you find yourself in the Tucson area on Friday or Saturday (March 17th or 18th) and you’re not registered for early arrival, you may still do so! Register and pay as you arrive onsite. You must arrive during our regular parking hours of 8 AM & 2 PM. You will be parked according to your parking designator. (Please remember that the fairgrounds buildings are not open or accessible for use until official Escapade events begin.)

A few reminders:

· If you wish to sign up for the pump-out service ($35.00), you can make pre-arrangements by calling Livingston, at 888-757-2582! (This only applies to those in boondocking parking areas.)

· Regardless of your parking area, all attendees should arrive with empty holding tanks and full fresh-water tanks.

· Escapade attendees please arrive for parking between the hours of 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. (There are no provisions for parking after 2:00 PM!)

· Boot Camp participants, please arrive no later than 12:00 noon, Thursday. Staff please arrive no later than 11:00 AM on your designated day.

· Please place your parking designator sheet on your driverside windshield where it is clearly visible to the parking team; have your E-ticket printed and ready to hand to the parking team when you arrive at the gate.

· Friday, March 17, is the EARLIEST day general attendees may arrive at Pima County Fairgrounds for early parking, (unless you are participating in Boot Camp or the AM session of Camp Reboot ).

· A 50-amp female to 30-amp male adapter may be needed for 50-amp rigs; please have this with you, along with ample sewer hose.
