Is there a cruise where u can take ur RV , kind of lie a ferry boat? & use it at Port? Sleep in it instead of cabin? Am I crazy or does it actually exist somewhere? If so cost? Many yrs ago 40 50? my aunt & uncle packed up thier RV & kids went from Canada w RV by boat & toured Europe in thier RV. I thought they were crazy at the time . now I want to be crazy! Years ago there was a company that had a barge and tugboat that cruised the Mississippi River. Loaded up your RV on the barge and enjoyed the trip. I'd love to do that if they ever offered it again. Another thing I'd love is if a train offered a flatbed car, load up my RV, lock the door, and enjoy a trip across Texas.

September 2 – 8, 2018 Located on the Gold Medal trout waters of the Rio Grande River and surrounded by national forests, South Fork, Colorado, is nestled comfortably in the beautiful Rocky Mountains and is a perfect climate for outdoor events. Days will be filled with off-road exploration and sight-seeing in the most picturesque areas of Colorado. In the evenings, relax by the campfire and reflect on the day of adventures with your fellow HOP attendees. Stephen Krasovetz, a Texas Master Naturalist and HOP Host, will share his knowledge about the beneficial management of natural resources in the South Fork, Colorado area. RV Campground You will be able to relax at a nice RV park with full hookups and a peaceful, picturesque setting outside your RV door. If you have Escapees friends that you would like to park near, please let us know during registration. There is no guarantee, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Payment Options When registering for a land HOP, pay half of the fee upon registration and then make monthly payments. The balance is due 60 days before the event. Ask the HOP department about this payment option. Note: Non-Escapees members are welcome to attend a land or cruise HOP. There will be a $50.00 charge for non-members.
