Does anyone know where I can find a mobile mechanic in New York City or Long Island area? I would like to have someone install a Diesel Air Heater. Thanks so much.

I haven't used anyone in that area but a good place to start is by checking the internet site called RV Service Reviews.

Both Espar and Webasto have dealer locators on their website. If you're installing another brand, use that manufacturer's website to find approved installers. Many will do mobile installs, but weather will come into play. 

As Kirk said try going on rvservicereviews.com. Or as Darryl said go on the manufacturers web site and find an approved installer. 

I had an Espar in my van. I don't know about installation but I found a Freightliner shop that repaired refrigerated trucks that would service mine.
