The one I posted is from the official Escapees.com website. If you not noticed most items on websites do not have dates. I would think the website document would be generic and anything on a thread would be more specific to a given situation.
If you look at the link I gave you'll see that it also came from the 'official' Escapees website; not a thread. There's a 'clicky' on the top line and go over to 'blog'. If you click on 'blog' you'll see another 'clicky' for 'domicile'.

I just think the whole Escapees website needs redoing. I recommend it to others and they can't find what they're looking for.
x2 about redoing.
I never looked under blog, to me a blog means just chit-chat, longer version of the forum. Most blogs I have read document someone's travels or something like that. Why would articles be posted under a businesses blog?
I have thought about Texas as a domicile and have a Class C that has a GVWR of 14,500. I need to call Texas DMV and find out if I will need that non-commercial driver license.
Best regards,
Richard "Doc"
Guess you didn't see my post above yours - the threshold is 26001#. Mostly DPs and some large truck/5er combos.
DMV has nothing to do with driver's license. They are administered by DPS. Why call them when you can read it for yourself? Classes of Driver's License
I am going by what I was told by a full-timer that went with the TX Domicile. Thank you for the link. That does help a lot.
